Bumped timing up one notch to 15*. Ran it hard for about 20 minutes. Temps estimated around ~170-180* on 75* day (I didn't have my temp gauge, but based upon easy 3-second rule and other factors, I'm close). Interesting. The few people that have the Castle SCT in their TT's say that they run super cool compared to other 540 motors. Is this with the fan too?
How does the top end performance compare to a 6.5 540 and/or 4.5 550? I know it has the torque but I'm curious if it can hang with a 6.5 or 4.5.
