What rims are you using in the rear?
It might be best to just make new hubs that will fit the new axle. I may be able to help with that.
I'm still pondering a pan car design. I just need to figure out if I want to fit existing parts or make it all from scratch. That's the beauty of having access to a 3D printer as I can basically mock up the whole car to get everything to fit.
After looking at your car I kinda wonder how it will handle impacts.
