Hi guys,can anyone tell me what 50% rebound means when it comes to shocks. I run a TC5 and the setup sheet sais rebound should be set at 50%. Not sure exactly what they mean. Also how do you measure it?

I think it means when you compress that shaft of a built shock (without spring attached), the shaft returns 50% of the full stroke when released.
So 0%/no rebound : shaft doesnt spring back when compressed
100%: shaft comes all the way out when compressed and released.
