He's talking about a touring car.
The Neo that was a copy of a Serpent I think was called an Attack or something like that, it was a 235mm car not a 200mm and yeah it did have Serpent on but made out of crap material.
Neo was the Testway Model Company but I believe HPI brought it so now you see what was once a Neo sold as a Hot Bodies car (HPI).
They weren't a good car then and they still aren't. I think the original Neo (now Tornado) was called a T21.
