Its not just the latency, its the consistency of the latency. Thats why the version one 2.4 systems werent used by a lot of pros. The varying latency. You didnt feel 'connected'
I dont think you can wrong between M11x, DX3R and KO. I would never again do Futaba after them turning a deaf ear to their over heating problems and a customer service policy that rivals Pop Copy

The radio manufactures will happily advertise the lowest latency times there new radio is THEORETICALLY capable of for 1 nano second of the time its in use but thats not to say its that fast ALL the time. It varies.
So if one brand is rated at say 1ms and another is rated at 2ms latency the 2ms one could actually be faster because the 1ms one is fluctuating up to 10ms or 20ms where as the other radio is more stable at around 2ms to 5ms...
So its not who has the fastest but which is the more stable and consistent at there rated speed that counts.
Without putting them all on a test bench its impossible to say.....
