just trying to find out the technical difference, our interstate highway has a speed limit of 65mph, do that mean auto manufacture shouldn't produce cars that will go beyond that speed?
a car travelling at 90 mph is certainly noticable difference than a car going 65 mph.but as a radio wave travels at the speed of light i don't think anyone would really notice the difference between 650 million miles per hour and 690 miliion miles per hour. (speed of light in open space,slowed some in atmospheric conditions)
