comm drop ingredients, and recommendations

I'm curious as to what comm drops you would recommend. I have a bottle of break in comm drops, but I don't know if this is good for use after break in. Should I be using a different comm drop before a run, after break in? Also, with BL motors being the mainstream now, the availability of com drops is more limited than it used to be. Is it possible to make my own com drop solution? Could you tell me what comm drops generally are made up of. If this is one of your trade secrets I'll understand, but I'd like to see if I can make my own. Like Granpa has stated before, part of the fun is tinkering with the motors.
