LRP SXX Stockspec is best for Stock Spec motors, i.e. 10.5 to 21.5
LRP SXX V2 is intended for mod, low wind motors.

I haven't measured the voltage, just going by feel, I have the same equipment in both R5's aside from speedos.
The Lrp is definitely quicker with the servo.
