A bad wheel, tire, foam insert will also do the same thing.
Put it on a car stand and gently accelerate. If you have a bad wheel you'll see it vibrate or wobble.
Had a problem like this once and finally figured it out after two rebuilds.
The diff does seem nice and loose so thats ok.
I will have to try and check tweak (without a propper station) xP
Not propperly checked the wheels yet either but the bearings were changed a couple of weeks ago so they should be fine
