I'll take Neal's reputation over OS's every day of the week. Nobody from OS called me every week and asked me how my OS was running. There is nobody at OS that I can call if I have a question or a problem. There is nobody at OS that will say " send it back to me I'll take a look at it". There is nobody at OS who will tell me to send back my engine for a different one if I was not completely satisfied with it's performance. There is nobody at OS who will sell me Con rods or any other parts at their cost to get my engine running again. I can go on and on but I think you get my point. The best part is that this is the kind of service that everyone gets from John and Neal at Clockwork.
