Just buy a lathe. If someone is charging 10 bucks to do it, thats rediculous. I charged about $4 max, depending on how many cuts I had to do.

A good model is the Eagle MOD lathe, retails for about $90 and includes the carbon V-Blocks and the bit that comes with it is really good, it lasts quite a long time.
