Can you be more specific---what motor are you describing? I have forwarded your comment (and a link to this thread) to both management and Customer Service, but it would be helpful if you could be more specific with @ dates and products you ordered. Were you dealing directly with us each time or a Hobby Shop fullfiller (SAT)?
Trust me---this annoys me and I haven't even ordered anything. You can PM me here anytime with these complaints and I will research them and publish the CS response in the thread. Complaints (about anything) received in a timely fashion are far easier to research, but I will check this out when you provide me the additional info.

This has nothing to do with Bad batches ... Just whoever selling stuff on ur website, being lazy not to list the items as out of stock or something.
Now tell me if that wouldn't anoy you ? Even as a Novak representative ?
