I have used many different cleaners over the years of racing and parts cleaner works well but can break down wire insulation, so you have to be careful when using. I also don't like the residue it leaves on all the composite plastics. I currently use a degreaser and lubricant from
www.cowrc.com and I really like the results from both. Check around though to find the cheapest deals ( I don't purchase more than 2 cans at a time). Hope this helps.
