I have picked up a xray x11 pan car with a novak gtb speedo and 10.5t motor

i was hoping someone could explain to me how to work out the FDR and what the ideal range is?

from this i hope to buy the correct range of pinions and run it over winter

I buy my foams pre trued as well if that makes any difference...
