Get rid of that pipe. Don't EVER run a 3xxx number pipe. NO power, higher temps.
For HP in the US, 9886, short or medium conical manifold. Nothing will top this.
For nearly as much power with better mileage in the US, Sirio (or RB if you can find one) 2013.
Everywhere else in the world, 2015, short or med manifold.
