For others that might be reading this I was in Thailand when the PM was sent (and I'm still working through all of the PM's that I got while I was gone lol) so if you need support from a company the best way is to contact them directly so please call or e-mail them. Relying on a forum for it while convenient is not always the best way to get in touch with manufacturers.
