1.1mm springs can actually cause a little clutch slippage , could be part of the problem , a vspec after 5 gallons normally doesnt have a whole lot of compression and that can cause a weak low end also . check rod/crankpin fitment make sure it is in tolerance ,bearing condition and then send piston/sleeve set off to raya racing if it needs resizing/reconditioning , you will be very happy with rays work , very very good

and the jp-4 pipe is a great low end pipeset
