Why does everyone like the igniter to lock in place? I like to defeat this feature. When you push it down on the plug you also push the chassis onto the starter box. When it fires its simple to take back off, just raise your hand. Don't know how many times I have seen someone have a stuck in place igniter when in a hurry.
If you are not using a starter box I can see the need.

I like the ones that twist. The one with the handle and spring I take the handle off and remove the spring then put a little rubber and around the tip to keep it closed. Then just push on and it's done.
