Pretest your spacers to make sure that they are fitting properly and you can also sand down the center spacer just a bit to give yourself a little extra room so everything will snap into place.
Some green slime is always a good idea, it will help keep those o-rings in one piece as everything is going together.
Thanks, I ended up using some old black spacers I had. It seemed to go together much better.
Everything was snapping together but it would come appart during a race.
I found a website explaining how the rebuild kits are not designed for the nw shocks because the molds are old

. It said the parts are to big and thick.
