Whoever is telling you this is pulling your leg or something. There's never been anything like that on their site and it would def be posted there in big easy to find print. Castle recommends a min amp discharge level - 125 - 150amps (seen both) and that's from talking with their service guys, I've not seen that posted either. None of this can be covered by a one size fits all case there's too many diff RCs that you can run an MMM in. There's a bif diff in batt needed between a 7lb 1/10th vs a 14lb 1/8th scale.

Somebody's giving you a hard time about your lipos. What's their C rating? Capacity is only one part of the lipos amp capability. If yours are 45C, then they would have 3.2 x 45 = 144amps.
