Biggest key to building the shocks is make sure the shock shaft does not pull out while tightening the bleed screw. If it does it will draw air into the shock. You will need to bleed the screws a couple times, one time will not be enough.

Also pour some shock oil in the cap before screwing it on the body.

P.S. These are my favorite shocks I've ever built (ok well at least tie Xray's TC shocks).
Awsome shock IMO, you all realize you can not remove 100% of the air in the shock with the piston and shaft pushed up, if you do you will create a vacuum in the shock and when you pull the shaft out it will actually suck back in.
