Then if you're willing to go with a single charger instead of spending a big chunk of cash, the newer Hyperion 0720Net3 AD is one to consider. It is AC/DC, has -
"EOS 0720i NET3 AD (ac/dc input)
10.5V~29V DC (20A, 150W max charge)
100V~240V AC (20A, 90W max charge)"
and as far as accuracy - "* 12-Bit Balance Circuit Resolution for superb accuracy".
The discharge specs are 50watts with a max of 5amps. That makes for a relatively fast discharge. Although I prefer to just run a lipo and let the charger charge it back to storage conditions.
