Yeah, your expectations are way out there compared to whats available. The dual charging capability on AC/DC power doesn't exist as far as I'm aware.

you really need to decide whats important as far as what you want/need to charge and go from there. The AC/DC requirement is really very limiting in the area of chargers. They just don't make them for much above entry level type basic charging.
