Has any one run this combo, Im looking to get a new 13.5 motor and im looking at a GM or an Lrp X12. I will be racing indoors on carpet with an Xray T2 009.

I have used both and the GM (1600 guss rotor) is far superior to the LRP. It runs cooler, has a much smoother power delivery and has noticeably more power overall. The LRP is a quick motor but power comes in a big lump and it has too much timing built in to take advantage of the speeds timing advancing tricks. The LRP suffers a lot with loosing its punch when hot too.
