I'm going to get digitals the day that i fly choppers... Now for car/buggy... The $40 bux Hitecs or JRs are more than good, in fact excellent !
Like I've read somewere; A digital throttle servo is too fast for carburators... it can give you headaches... and for steering I'm always slowing down the response of analog servos anyway...
I have from $144 Airtronics to Hitecs, JRs and Futabas.
My choice at the moment is the Hitec HS-625MG for both T/B and ST; (they use them to steer and race 1/8 buggies!)Less than $40 each. 94.43oz.in torque, 0.15sec speed, metal gears, and to show that they really work now Hitec gives you a no Hassle, no questions asked replacement warranty. if you crack it in a crash you send it to them and receive it repaired or a new one free. (If you send it in 20 pieces inside a ziplock bag they might charge you 20 bucks for a new replacement...)
The $100+ digitals are very good indeed, the KO is a great servo. But you don't 'need' to spend a fortune to have a top notch servo working for you.
This is my opinion
