My view of a "scuff" is a surface finish condition less severe than minor pitting, that which with my process improving surface finish conditions would not be operant after my servicing. Please note, we need to be on the same page here and your "scuff" I will hope is not a "chunk" in piston. None the less, ship the set to me and should your set be un serviceable at my incoming inspection I will consult with you by email.
