What I cant understand is they bring out a new chassis a month after the car's release, which makes for a pretty expensive upgrade! 6mm wider front end is a lot, did they make a mistake with the original chassis?
O-ring means up-stop, kind of travel limiter.

Wide chassis makes steering mild on paved track. standard chassis makes more steering.

today, naoto uses standards chassis, other yokomo driver use wide.

I think yokomo R12 retail version is failure. for that reason, team yokomo have a hard time running fast.

today practice lap time.
1st naoto (current world champion) 14.989
2nd murai(team yokomo) 15.223
3rd fukuoka(team kawada) 15.296
4th hayato (team crc) 15.345
5th kitazawa(team corally) 15.360
