C rating should make no difference to the Rx. Voltage input is voltage input. The c rating on a lipo is basically its load rating. the higher the c rating the more load the pack can withstand.

That being said there is no standardized way of determining the C rating on a lipo. Each manufactor uses their own method so one company claims a 50c pack while if it were tested by a different company they may consider it 35c. C Rating is a bell and whistle, marketing tool...imo
