Is the drivers stand at the park being used for its intended purpose. Is the stand OSHA approved and is the stand handicap accessible. How much weight will it hold and are there proper guard rails in place so no one can fall of of it? I don't think so from what I can see your drivers stand is a set of bleachers. This could be a hazard and should be turned in to the city of Rifle before someone gets hurt at the public RC park.
