All your doing is heating the head button at best.
Thats why a heat gun works best

If some one came up with something that wrapped the block then that would be worth the money.
Wrapping the head is stupit and there's nothing anyone can say about that.YOUR NOT HEATING YOUR PISTON AND SLEEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Think about it.
