X2 Try about 150-165* to start. Much above 200* and the bearings will want to fall out.

I've had some that just holding the block in your hands for 5 min opened up them enough to slide the sleeve right out. Some take some heat.

Fire up the oven, make sure the old lady's gone and chuck it in @150. Let it sit for 15 min and pull it out(use a potholder..it'll be 150* LOL ) Try the sleeve by hand, it should want to slide out. If it won't, or isn't getting loose, bump heat to 200* and try again.

Like I said, above 200* the bearings will fall right out, so try and keep temps below that.
