It's not a motor issue as 3 different R/Cs feel similar, and this was the first time out for my Durango.

Is there a difference in response time within a radio brand? Will a 4PK be faster than my 3PM? I've had it for at least 4 years, and have been thinking about upgrading, but I have 4 or 5 receivers as well.
