For plug the 97t o'donnell is whats recommended and what most of us use. As far as shims, take a look at the go engine usa website. For tuning you need to find which needle you have. If its the short needle you just tune as normal. For the long needle you need to tune the LSN first and then tweak the HSN as needed. Use the guide on massivemods website as a guide. For tuned pipe, the dynamite 086 is cost effective, good looking and does a great job. The smallest reducer i'd mess with is the 7mm, but thats me, you can try the 6mm if you want.

correction!...for these motors NO MATTER WHAT NEEDLE YOU HAVE,you ALWAYS tune the LSN first to correspond with the idle gap set at or close to .7mm FIRST!... as for the plug on 20% you can run either the od 97t or the od 77t!....and for shimming i run the thick alloy .3mm shim only!...and thats for 20%!....as for the pipes!...i have run the jp4 as you know cause you bought it from me!

it will run pretty good on these motors but not the best gas mileage and as for the jp1 i have never ran it so i dont know?
