I run the OD97T medium plug right through winter here and it performs very well. Temps around 12 - 15 deg C.
The hotter plugs don't necessarily perform better. They tend to fail more often because of the thinner filament, and on 30% can be a little fragile due to the raised compression the higher % nitro creates.
I have run OS P3 in the past, but find the 97T a better option - for me anyway.
