LSN is too rich and HSN is too lean. Once you get it so it stays at high rpm then change the idle gap screw to bring the idle down.
Its a combination of the idle gap screw being too rich, the lsn being too rich to keep it idling and the hsn too lean to make up for the other 2 being too rich. Its harmful at WOT because the engine is not getting enough fuel/oil when it needs it the most.
