I think that if a nascar engine can spin to 10,000 rpm with +4" pistons and 2.2" valves and an F-1 angine can spin to 20,000 with close to 4" pistons and +/- 1.5" valves, there's no way that a +30,00rpm engine with a 16mm piston and 5mm valves can't be made. to me its just a matter or effort.
