Unlikely, the Havoc will not operate unless it "senses" (blue sensor harness wire) that the attached motor features thermal overload protection:
The Havoc 2S ESC and motor contain Thermal Overload Protection circuitry to protect the system from overheating and damage. Sensored escs can not drive the motor in a non-sensored mode; you must use the motor sensor harness so the Havoc can detect/sense feedback from the motor.
