They will work great in a slash 4x4. Used Neu is only one left and I will let it go for $100 shipped priority. I agree with whomever told you about the 5700/7700 and slashes - too high of rpm and not quite enough torque. This KV ought to be perfect - if I didn't need the money and raced at a track, I would have this set up and a Mamba Monster for a long lasting power house set up. I can't comment on the mamba max and this motor. I doubt you will find a Neu motor in this condition for this price very often...
