When your at the LHS-just buy the Blue screw kit from Associated. I dont have a part number-but its a bag filled with assorted socket, flat and button head screws-all in Blue aluminum.

If your stripping them-your tightening them too much. Also-one small tip if I may-use a steel socket head to prethread all new holes-or a 4-40 tap if youve got one. I use steel screws still in the steering rack with a drop of threadlock and Long steel screws in the battery posts to make sure they dont bend.

Also-I use 3mm screws in the body posts as they are a bit oversized and will NOT loosen up.
