From what I've been told, 10 amps is too little to discharge with. At least 20 or better 30 amps, will ensure that your packs stay punchy.

Off course, it'll depend on if you need a build in discharger...

Personally, I choosed the Integy/Eagle 16x5v6. Absolutely no problems with quality and finish so far. Many good features, including IR and average voltage measurement - even for single cells. So you can do some matching, if needed.
