Might have to match the pistons yourself. There is a lot more to it than the area of the holes, unfortunately fluid dynamics ain’t that simple. Plus need to include the gap around the outer edge between the body, are the thicknesses different, etc.
Perhaps build both with the same oil and compare back to back, then experiemnt with pistons. Use both a slow and fast speed, to attempt to capture “pack”. One of these could help:

Of course just tuning for vehicle performance would be best.
