Ya Nick that is true. Problem is people put them in and then try to run for an hour straight. All Lithium batteries bennifit from breaking them in. I have never had one fail by discharging them to 50-60% for the first few cycles before pounding on them.

Its a Crap shoot with my back, every day i wake up and its sore, ill go a couple hours and thing's clear up a little, but if i move in the wrong direction too fast, its like being shot/stabbed in the back.
