Thank you Marc for clearing that up. If anyone has reported a failed bulb to me I have replaced it FOC and will continue to do so but it’s certainly not happening frequently enough to cause any concern.

Also it worth pointing out the Sure-Start has a 6 month warrantee which also covers the bulb.
