my sheets are encrypted, i don't know the program that you are using (distiller??) Try to use Acrobat Reader 9.xx or Foxit Reader 4.1. I have both and both are working. Foxit is free and very small respect Acrobat Reader. Sheets are build for to be compatible with the 9,xx version of Acrobat reader or above. A friend of mine had a similar problem with a PC...and with the exactly the same software on another pc was working. I suggest you to try Foxit , it is small about 10Mb and is full compatible.
