If it is kicking up really badly, it is most likely that the back of the chassis is slapping. It is possible for a too stiff rear end to cause a slight downward attitude in the air, but not as serious as you described. How old are your shock springs? Shocks springs do wear out over time.
Spring are pretty new. The chassis is not slapping the ground. I was thinking a lighter oil in the rear might help. Maybe I made it seem worse than it was, sorry.
