I wasn't an irate angry customer or anything, I just wanted to work out some concerns with getting something delivered in time to test it for the IIC in Las Vegas. Their Customer Service department (Jackie, I believe) and NovakTwo went so far above and beyond to help me out, I can hardly believe it.
I know we all like to come to the internet and complain, and believe me, I've done my share. But I think it's important to also recognize when people get it right. In fact, this time, far more than just right. So thanks Novak, you've ensured I'll always buy from you with confidence, and will advise others to do the same.
