a good baseline for the lowend needle on the nova is 3out from
close and start with the main needle 4 out and start messing
with the main needle for power. I know alot of you say that
you shouldn't temp for tuning but at 345 you will end up warping
the sleeve out of circle. So you do need to watch temps to
make sure it stays at a reasonable ammt. not unless you
have money to burn. 
i agree but it depends on the air in the atmosphere , elevation and temperature(outside) you will get diffenent readings of the same engine
