I think is not true because you have a value under the "DMTS" setting, and doesn't matter if the SC is disabled because SC is "adding" and extra timing, disabling the SC doesn't delete the DMTS setting.
Start rpm is the same of the end rpm when the DMTS setting is 0 and Sc is disabled, so you should have only the endbell motor timing working.
We are talking with the info that we have, so we can have a bad information. But till we cannot read something of official i find hard follow something that tell me: this is wrong... because is wrong. Why is wrong and for which reason? I hope (and may be i'm not the only one) to be enlightened with facts not only reading that is wrong what we know
