He cant steal from the main pit area, because there are 100 people packed in a small space, who all know each other and watch each others stuff.
Actually, it was very easy for the person that stole my buggy at Rev at the Losi Winter Series. If you've been there you'll know that the pit tables are only about 5 feet apart. This was during the day where the pits were packed with people, yet no one saw anything.
This guy did it at night when most of the racers had left or were watching the pros duel it out.
