Default Bigde2001 Piston/Sleeve resizing & reconditioning

Anybody who has used my services please feel free to give me a shout out. Thanks

Hello, my name is Dion and I recondition and resize piston/sleeves. I also do bearing replacement. Several months back for a trail time I was resizing for free to get some of my work out. I have piched in excess of 900 sleeves, therefore I have mastered it.. I also have a resurface process that I include also. This process will only remove minor scatches on the surface, but will give a new surface on the sleeve and piston for break-in. The equipment that I use is a press system and not a clamp. I use the same equipment that rayaracing uses and have around 2000.00 in my equipment so it is professional system that I can pinch as little as .0001 of an inch. I charge 15.00 for this service. return shipping is 3.00 first class mail and 6.00 priority mail. I pinch same day I recieve sleeve and mail next day. If you want to use my services you can mail me your piston\sleeve\ rod assembly. For more details email me a [email protected].

My resize process:
1- I inspect piston/sleeve
2- do a very slight hone on piston and sleeve.
3- I do a taper resize (It gets tight as piston goes toward TDC)
4-Will work piston up & down in sleeve to creates shinny spots(high spots)
5- I custom shape piston/sleeve to a perfect fit

When you send your piston/sleeve/conrod to me you will need to include your return information.. Also include what piston and sleeve you send me and specify how tight of a pinch you want. I will need to have yor address, email, and contact info.
